Common Questions
How to join and become an In-home Educator?
If you love to work with children at your own home with flexible hours, please contact us for an interview and home assessment. We will guide you through registration. Don't worry if you don't have a qualification. Magic Wings will support you to enrol to the ECE Level 4 Course to become a certified home-based educator.
How to keep regular communications
We use story park for daily communication with parents and record children's learning journey. It is a good platform to help build partnership and keep regular communication with parents.
What professional support is provided?
We provide professional development courses and resources for our educators to grow at Magic Wings.
Before starting your home-based care, we will provide training and resources for you so you can be confident with your new career.
What are the health and safety rules?
All educators' home environments must meet government health and safety standards. We conduct regular home visits to ensure everything stays in top shape.
